IGPro to Lex-Connect Link (making sure the current Nine Weeks spreadsheet is being uploaded)

The first set of instructions will take about 5 minutes

  • Click Setup---Classes... from the Main Menu
  • Choose your first current class from the list on the left-if you teach quarter or semester classes (and this is a new semester), you do not need need to change the old ones-just CURRENT classes.
  • For each class on the left, change the dropdown box beside the "Current Grade Spreadsheet" caption to indicated the current Nine Weeks.
  • Remember to change the dropdown list for EACH class on the left

The last instructions take a little more time but are necessary to make sure the grades make sense to parents and students. Unchecking OLD tasks from previous nine weeks means that only current tasks show on the grade web page. (10 Minutes)

  • For EACH CLASS, you go to previous nine weeks spreadsheet and choose Tasks--Edit Tasks
  • Beginning with the first task on the left, uncheck the "Allow Export to Integrade Pro Link" box on the right--do this for each task
  • When Finished click CLOSE
  • Repeat for ALL CLASSES
